Vice President's Office - Henry Saltiel, Vice President
Prepares and manage information technology budget. Represents the college's interest as part of the CUNY technology steering committee. Establishes usage policies for computer, network, email, application, and web. Oversees all personnel matters within division and establishes service level performance goals to be achieved by IT departments. Establishes enterprise wide project management methodology and tools and oversees large critical college-wide projects. Sets technological vision and assures currency of skills among division staff.

Institutional Research- Nathan Dickmeyer, Interim Director
Facilitates college planning, decision making, and policy formation through the collection, presentation, and analysis of institutional and environmental data. Utilizes analytical tools; respond to internal and external requests for information; track institutional performance against a wide range of benchmarks; conduct analyses to support college planning, enrollment management, program review, and assessment. Synthesizes and presents findings regarding the college students’ body, the institute and its relations to local, state and federal government agencies, as well as other universities, non-profits, and local businesses.

Instructional Services & Multimedia Distribution - Theresia Litvay-Sardou, Director
Provides students, faculty and staff with instruction, support services, and access to new technologies such as smart classrooms, computer laboratories, hardware and software training, and web technologies. Manages desktop software acquisition and licensing for college.

Information Systems - Bill Lindner, Director
Delivers LaGuardia web page design. Develops and maintains computer application software essential to all student services, administrative and academic departments. Provides web applications development for all database interfaced systems using Oracle or SQL-Server. Creates and runs data reports to support ongoing college operations based on college cycles and special requests in collaboration with Institutional Research. Implements application architecture and builds data query and extract tools for end users.

Network Administration - Ted Dec, Director
Provides network connectivity for campus-based and secured remote computing devices (servers, desktops and laptops). Administers email services, including server accounts, setup, and troubleshooting. Provides physical computer and network installation services. Manages equipment procurement, disaster recovery processes, and printer administration. Oversees file storage and sharing on the departmental servers. Provides technical consultation and design services. Operations Help Desk operation to respond to user technology issues and requests.

Adult & Continuing Education Information Technology - John Lagamjis, Manager
Provides a microcosm of other IT department services solely to the ACE division. Maintain ACE web based registration system, which includes the following core activities: Develop and run administrative and financial reports as requested. Develop database applications standalone, distributed, and web accessible as required by departments. Manage ACE Help desk to address all computer related software and /hardware problems. Create/maintain the primary database system used by Grant-Funded programs. Provided dedicated technology related consulting services to all ACE departments.
