Welcome to LaGuardia Community College’s “CUNY FIRST” Project awareness site. FIRST is the name given to the City University of New York’s project to implement the Oracle/Peoplesoft ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) set of applications. This is the largest software project ever undertaken by CUNY. We are committed to making it a successful implementation at our college to support improved administrative operations and better serve our students.
